How it works: I-5 Interstate Bridge lifts come live from WSDOT's highway-alert feed (the bridge is jointly operated; lifts are posted as I-5 alerts and restricted during rush hours). Portland's Broadway, Burnside, Morrison, and Hawthorne bridges are Multnomah County's — their old public bridge-lift API was retired, so they show their federal opening rules for now.
