Is the bridge up right now? Live raised/lowered status for Seattle's five live-feed drawbridges, straight from the city's bridge feed — refreshed every 30 seconds — plus when each one last opened. Openings usually last 5–15 minutes.
The MileCheck app shows these bridges live on the map — follow one and see its status before you commit to the route.
App Store Google PlayHow it works: status comes from Seattle DOT's live bridge feed, with opening history from the city's public openings dataset — the same two sources the MileCheck app uses, so the map and the app always agree. Red is raised right now; orange means it went down within the last 20 minutes (traffic may still be clearing); green is down and open to traffic, with when it last opened. The University and Lower Spokane St bridges aren't in the real-time feed, so they show opening history only — never a live "raised".
Statewide: every regulated Washington drawbridge — Hood Canal, Grays Harbor, the Columbia — with opening rules: Washington drawbridge map.
Florida driver? We built the same thing for Florida — live FDOT bridge status plus opening schedules for every regulated drawbridge: Florida drawbridge map.
