Yes, up to 8 hours in any 24-hour period.

Cars

8 hours within a 24-hour period, unless WSDOT authorizes otherwise.

Trucks

Commercial vehicles may park up to an hour beyond federally required rest periods.

Camping and tents

Tents and camps are prohibited without authorization.

Signs at a rest area can set a different limit. Follow the posted sign. Turnpike and toll-road service plazas often have their own rules.
